We have recently completed an Infrastructure rollout for a major high street Travel Agency. This involved converting their existing Framestream Network to Broadband, using Cisco ADSL and ISDN routers. At the same time we replaced a number of older PCs with new IBM machines and upgraded the memory and re-imaged the more modern machines.
Provided a national team of engineers, covering England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, replaced over 1200 PCs and upgraded and re-imaged a further 900 in nearly 400 branches.
For this Project, we provided a fully managed service, taking responsibility for the communication with the Branch staff and co-ordinating other suppliers. This was accomplished in just 12 weeks.
Project Management and delivery of a Training programme for one of the countries' largest Pub Groups, supporting their deployment of a new Payroll and Labour Scheduling package to 1400 pubs.
This involved creating the course in conjunction with the customer, delivering the course at various training locations around the country and providing post implementation support, either by phone or by site visits. |

Working with a major Pub Retailer, long tem sickness found the Product
and Pricing Team short-handed and leaderless. With an increasing workload
and a huge backlog (500) of helpdesk calls the situation had become
critical.
A team leader and two analysts were provided to rescue the
situation.
By the application of sound business process, good leadership and
determination the situation was stabilised and the department re-built.
Provided a Senior Project Manager to a Pub Retailer to manage the transition of key IT systems when a large part of the business was acquired by a third party.
This involved training and documentation of the Central Retail System, establishment of the associated business process, transferring the Outlet Management Systems to the acquirers template and establishing solid support procedures. |
