Our long-standing relationship with Fujitsu is undoubtedly due to the expertise and in-depth knowledge of the hospitality sector we offer. The versatile nature of our services means we can deliver Fujitsu’s projects swiftly and seamlessly, embracing and adapting to the industry’s ever-changing demands.

We offer complete, multi-stage technical implementations of Fujitsu software and hardware. Aside from the essential tasks of project management, cabling and engineering, our involvement in Fujitsu projects starts right from their administration through to full installation of IT and EPoS systems - including post-installation training and live support for Fujitsu engineers.

One stop solution

In the first stages of a new Fujitsu implementation, our project managers work with architects and designers in creating a practical EPoS infrastructure applicable for the new build. They offer insight regarding power and data cabling layouts, ensuring equipment is located effectively and in a way that will maximise the store’s revenue.

In conjunction with the onsite activities, we engage a specialist hot stage team to build, stage and test the EPoS equipment. Working from an offsite facility, the hotstage team tailors, configures and bench-tests the equipment to meet the unique requirements of every live site.

We know that delving deep into business operations and structures is the best way to meet the specific needs of every outlet. We therefore consult both kitchen and front of house specialists in delivering brand requirements, ensuring the new systems comply with their working demands.

Agora Solutions provided a dedicated project team to work with Whitbread's branded outlets (Premier Inn, Beefeater, Brewers Fayre & Table Table), delivering the biggest telephony transformation in Europe at the time.

The project scope we delivered was a full network upgrade - including replacement of switches, routers as well as building and implementing a new VoIP solution. Following site surveys, the Agora project team completed the on-site cabling, de-installation and removal of all old systems, installation of the new systems as well as on-site training and go-live support over first trading session.

All of this was completed with no downtime or disruption to business. Working around the Premier Inn Hotel's business needs, we worked in the periods between check-out and check-in to ensure no disruption.

We conducted an IPT rollout to the Mitchells and Butlers restaurant estate of 800 managed houses. Consulting with Fujitsu to agree the solution to be delivered, we provided the project management and project co-ordination support to be able to plan and manage the rollout.
After taking delivery of the hardware into our warehouse, the hotstage team configured the devices in our dedicated facility prior to arranging the logistics to have the hardware shipped to site in readiness for installation.

A dedicated team of engineers completed two migrations a day around the customer business requirements, de-installing legacy hardware and returning it to stock. The project co-ordinator then ensured that the project was delivered to plan, and provided communications to the customer as the project dictated.
