Each outlet, store and building is unique, and therefore requires a comprehensive and documented site survey. This service is to ensure all factors are taken into account before commencement of the project. An accurate, detailed site survey is critical to a project’s success.

Site Surveys can be completed for existing EPOS / IT upgrades where it may be possible to re use some existing infrastructure cabling. New EPOS / IT solutions may require more vision and liaison between the IT Project Manager and the designers to create the right solution.

Wireless solutions are becoming very popular and we have the latest technology to ensure you are placing your equipment in the correct positions to maximise your coverage and / or redundancy.

Telecommunications are a point often overlooked. We have many years experience delivering telecoms solutions to some of our clients.

Attention to detail at this stage will ensure a smooth project and installation as well as many years of reliable service. The main cause of fault calls is normally due to poor data or power cabling to IT systems.

Detailed IT Method and Risk Assessments are needed to ensure the EPOS Team are safe on site, also the entire project team should be aware of any risks during the installation and preventative measures can be put in place to minimise these.
