TISSL Ltd offer a fully integrated EPOS solution designed specifically for the hospitality industry. One of the key benefits of TISSL’s solution is the delivery of full  implementation and ongoing support services, with quality and professionalism being at the heart of each installation.

The TISSL EPOS solution is installed in approximately 250 sites throughout the UK and internationally. Over the past year, Agora Solutions have partnered with TISSL to offer on-site project management and installation Services to complement the outstanding product and support services that TISSL EPOS Solution offers to its clients.

Following each successful sale by TISSL, individual projects are handed over to a dedicated Agora Project Manager who will then manage all the on-site activities from sale to installation. The main goal is to liaise with the TISSL client and ensure that all expectations are met throughout the installation process.

Initially, the Project Manager will arrange an on-site project meeting with the client to start the process, and key milestones are identified to complete the installation schedule.
This will include the consideration of many issues, from on-site environmental concerns with data and power, to Telecoms requirements for remote support. It will also include the capture of the food and beverage menus for integration into the database.

The Project Management teams within Agora Solutions are sufficiently versatile to execute thiscomplete implementation service within any type of business into which the TISSL Solution is to be delivered.

The service that Agora Solutions offer to TISSL and their clients complements that of the Sales Executives and the TISSL support staff,ensuring that a complete ongoing lifecycle of sales support is managed by a professional on-site team, thereby enhancing the service that TISSL offer to their clients.
